How to Register
To register for our online services you will need to download and complete the appropriate form.
We will contact you to verify your I.D, or alternatively you can verify your I.D through the NHS app if you have a smartphone.
We will then issue you a username and password.
You may still be asked for proof of I.D and address if necessary.
Available Online Services
Once you are registered you will be able to use the service to:
- Order your repeat prescriptions
- Make an appointment
- Cancel an appointment
- View Test Results
- Change your contact details
- View your medical record including allergies and immunisation history (you can only view your record after you have been registered with us for three months)
